Daily Riding Fees
(Due Upon Arrival)
We accept cash, money orders, travelers’ check & good personal checks. We also
accept credit cards and debit cards with a 3.5% usage fee applied to the transaction.
DAY RIDING (JUST RIDING FOR THE DAY)
Adults (13 and up)..............$10 per day
Children 12 and under ride FREE
CAMPING AND RIDING (PER DAY/NIGHT)
Adults................................$20 per day/night, per adult
Children 8-12..................$5.00 per day/night, per child
Children 4-7....................$3.50 per day/night, per child
Children 3 and under are FREE
Negative Coggins REQUIRED on ALL EQUINE brought onto the property.
Daily riding fees include campsite, electricity, covered stall, use of bath houses and trails.
There is a $8 camp maintenance fee per horse.
NO ELECTRIC OR SOLAR PENS ALLOWED.
If you wish to rent a box stall, located in the Arena Barn, the daily fee is $12.
If you plan to arrive before or after office hours, please make arrangements prior to arrival.
Note:
- Tenessee state sales tax is (9.75%) will be collected on all fees.
- State Law requires that each horse has a negative coggins when they arrive on the property.
- Dogs are a liability and must be kept on a leash at all times. If you tether your dog in your camp it must not be able to bolt out from under your trailer into the road or neighbor's campsite. This is to prevent accidents that can be caused by dogs, and is for everyone's safety.
- NO ATV’S PERMITTED UNLESS FOR MEDICAL PURPOSES AND APPROVED BY BRTR
MANAGEMENT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS! WE DO NOT REFUND FEES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Memorial Day Weekend - May 25th - 27th 2024
Independence Day Weekend - July 4th - 6th, 2024
Labor Day Weekend - Aug 31st - Sept 2nd,2024

Children 8-12..................$25 per child, per weekend
Children 4-7....................$10 per child, per weekend
Children 3 and under.........................................FREE
The Holiday Fee Includes: three (3) days, campsite, electricity, covered stall, use of bath houses, trails, and facility.
