  Saturday, April 19  -  riders are welcome to arrive

  Saturday, June 14  -  riders are welcome to arrive
  Monday, June 16  -  trail ride begins
  Sunday, June 22  -  trail ride ends
   
July Ride
  Saturday, July 19  -  riders are welcome to arrive

October Ride
  Saturday, October 18  -  riders are welcome to arrive
  Monday, October 20  -  trail ride begins
  Sunday, October 26  -  trail ride ends

Schedule of Events

Arrival Weekend  -  Saturday & Sunday there will be meals available in the dining hall for $5.00 per meal/per person. Meal times are the same as indicated below. The full buffet meal plan officially begins on Monday.

Sunday 3:00 pm Church Service
  8:30 pm Music in the dance hall
  9:00 pm Door prizes, introductions, & Get Acquainted
     
Monday 7:00 -8:30 am Breakfast in the dining hall (all day riders fix a sack lunch)
  9:00 am All riders leave - gather at the dance hall
  12 noon-1 pm Lunch in the dining hall
  5:30-7:00 pm Dinner in the dining hall
  8:30 pm Music in the dance hall
     
Tuesday 7:00-8:30 am Breakfast in the dining hall (all day riders fix a sack lunch)
  9:00 am All riders leae - gather at the dance hall
  12 noon - 1 pm Lunch in the dining hall
  5:30-7:00 pm Dinner in the dining hall
  8:30 pm Music in the dance hall
  9:00 pm 5 year Belt Buckle Presentations
     
Wednesday 7:00-8:30 am Breakfast in the dining hall (all day riders fix a sack lunch)
  9:00 am All riders leave - gather at the dance hall
  12 noon-1 pm Lunch in the dining hall
  3:00 pm Horse show at the arena**
  5:30-7:00 pm Dinner in the dining hall
  8:30 pm Music in the dance hall
     
Thursday 7:00-8:30 am Breakfast in the dining hall (all day riders fix a sack lunch)
  9:00 am All riders leave - gather at the dance hall
  12 noon-1 pm Lunch in the dining hall
  3:00 pm Horse show at the arena**
  5:30-7:00 pm Dinner in the dining hall
     
Friday 7:00-8:30 am  Breakfast in the dining hall (all day riders fix a sack lunch)
  9:00 am All rider leave - gather at the dance hall
  12 noon-1 pm Lunch in the dining hall
  1:30 pm Fun Auction in the dance hall
  :5:30-7:00 pm Dinner in the dining hall
  8:30 pm Music in the dance hall
  9:00 pm Saddle Give Away & Presentation of Survival Certificates
