CLUB DISCOUNTS FOR
2008 * SAVE MONEY * BRING THE WHOLE CLUB
For 2008, Buffalo River Trail Ride (BRTR) is
offering discounts to members of organized Trail Riding Clubs, Saddle
Clubs and other Horse Clubs for the April, June, July, and October
trail rides.
Discounts are for Club Members only, A club
officer must furnish Buffalo River Trail Ride with a list of all club
members who plan to attend the trail ride. Two weeks prior to ride.
A minimum of ten (10) club members must register
for the same full week to receive discounts. Riders must register for
the entire week to receive the discount.
BRTR must receive reservations and deposits from
all club members who plan to attend the ride before the reservation
deadline. To be eligible for discounts, please send the complete name,
address, and age of each club member who plans to attend. A club
officer must mail the list of members to the address below two weeks
before the ride.
If a minimum of ten (10) club members make
reservation and arrive on of before the first day of the trail ride,
each club member will receive $10.00 credit applied to the weekly fee.
The $10.00 discount will not be given
to club members if less than ten (10) club members attend the trail
ride.
This discount offer is not valid with any other
credit, discount, price reduction, promotion or offer.
